A new Global Handbook of Children's Palliative Care: A Resource for Frontline Care Providers is available as a free pdf download. This handbook consists of international contributions, edited by Dr. Megan Doherty, on the care of those with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. It is endorsed by the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN), St. Jude Global Palliative Care, and Stanford School of Medicine.
The African Palliative Care Association is receiving abstract submissions until March 30 for the 8th International African Palliative Care & Allied Services Conference, taking place September 23-26, 2025, in Gaborone, Botswana. The theme is: "20 Years of Palliative and Comprehensive Chronic Care for Sustainable Development in Africa." Go here for more information.
