Welcome to the April issue of the IAHPC Newsletter, which marks 19 years since the founding Senior Editor, Dr. William Farr, put together the very first one. I wonder just how many remarkable achievements and stories our past newsletters must have covered since that first issue. I hope this issue is no exception and that you will enjoy it. Our featured article this month comes from Professor Scott A. Murray who is a member of our Board of Directors. Highlighting several available tools and resources to share and adapt, this article reminds us of recent initiatives and how much information is there to support your work – if you look in the ‘cloud’! Recipient of a Traveling Scholarship, Dr. M. Jane Bates, shares what she will ‘take home’ to Malawi from the Indian Palliative Care Conference and our book reviews and abstracts will keep you up to date with some of the latest literature.
