International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) -- Early Career Research Grants

IASP invites eligible members to submit applications for IASP Early Career Research Grants. Multiple grants of up to US$20,000 each will support researchers in the early career stage of pain investigations.

Who is eligible? At the time of application applicants must be:

An IASP member,
Within 6 years of having received their final degree, or completing professional and specialty training; and
Should not have been a recipient of a grant that provides support equal to or greater than the IASP Early Career Research grant

Eligible applicants should submit applications by January 20, 2014.

It also supports the costs of publications focused on research relevant to palliative care.
