Searchable by symptom, it is a bedside resource that delivers the consensus-based intel of IAHPC's newly released Manual on the Use of Essential Palliative Care Medicines for Adults. This quick-reference guide details starting dose; dosing frequency, increases, and reductions; maximum daily dose; and precautions.
